ATLANTA, IT'S BACK. The VS1ATL Community Celebrity Block Party returns Saturday, May 29, 2027 — and this year, it's bigger than ever.

Refund Policy
We want every vendor to feel confident registering early. Our refund policy works in three periods:
Through February 28, 2027 (Early Bird period): Full refund, no questions asked.
March 1 through April 28, 2027: 50% refund.
April 29, 2027 through event day (within 30 days of the event): No refunds, except in special circumstances such as serious illness or a death in the family. Special-circumstance requests are reviewed at the organizer's discretion.
Vendor Terms & Conditions
Registration & Payment. Submitting a registration and completing payment reserves one vendor space at the VS1ATL Community Celebrity Block Party on Saturday, May 29, 2027 at Oakland City Park, Atlanta, GA. Space is not reserved until payment is received in full.
Refunds. Refunds follow the Refund Policy shown above. Requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Vendor space. Each registration includes one assigned space. Setup details, load-in times, and space dimensions are provided by the event team after approval. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, tables, power needs (unless otherwise noted for their tier), and staffing.
Food vendors & food trucks. All food vendors and food trucks are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required health permits, food service licenses, and insurance for the City of Atlanta and the State of Georgia. Proof of permits may be requested before event day. Food trucks must be self-contained unless their tier explicitly includes power.
Conduct. Vendors agree to conduct themselves professionally, treat attendees and staff with respect, and follow all directions from event staff on site. The organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor without refund for conduct that endangers attendees, staff, or the event.
Liability. Vendors participate at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for vendor equipment, product, revenue, or injury. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
Weather & cancellation. The event proceeds rain or shine. In the unlikely event the organizer cancels the event entirely, all vendors receive a full refund of their registration fee.
Changes. The organizer reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered vendors by email.
